聚硫醇/缩胺复合改性双酚A环氧树脂的制备与体积稳定性研究 被引量:1

摘要 以2-2’-二巯基乙硫醚和三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯为原料,通过迈克尔加成反应制备了具有多支化结构的聚硫醇,并在此基础上,以多支化聚硫醇、缩胺-105为固化剂,双酚A环氧树脂为主剂,合成了聚硫醇/缩胺复合改性双酚A环氧树脂。并用FTIR跟踪了反应的过程。结果表明聚硫醇能明显加速改性交联双酚A胶粘剂凝胶反应,随着体系温度的升高,胶粘剂体膨胀系数减小。 The multi-branched Polythiol was prepared by the michael addition reaction with 2,2'-mercaptocthyl sulfide and trimethylol propane triacrylate as raw material. And on the basis, the bisphenol A epoxy resin modified with Poly thiol and condensationamine was synthesized between the multi-branched Polythiol and condensationamine as curing agent and bisphenol A epoxy resin as the main agent. The reaction process was tracked by FTIR. The results showed that the Polythiol could significantly accelerate the gelation reaction of epoxy resin. With the increase of temperature, the coefficient of volume expansion decreases.
