摘要
本文研究了改性芳香胺固化剂固化环氧树脂动力学。分析确定了该体系的最佳固化工艺,使用两种模型法对固化过程进行了拟合。研究表明,该固化体系适用于中低温固化条件,n级模型法不适用该体系,而自催化模型中使用简化双参数SB模型能够较好的拟合固化过程。
The curing kinetics of epoxy resin cured with modified aromatic amine was investigated. Its analysis confirmed the best curing condition, and two kinds of model were used to describe the solidification process. The result showed that: the curing condition shoud be medium and low temperature; the n-order model fitting results showed that the system was not applicable to this method, the simplified double parameters SB model could describe the system better.
