新型水性双组分建筑铝模板离子膜的开发及应用

Development and Application of Novel 2 Packaging Waterborne Paint for Architecture Aluminum Template

为了提高铝模板在建筑中的使用次数和达到好的墙面质量,铝模板表面一般会涂装热塑型溶剂型涂料或热固型粉末涂料,但性能、环保或涂装工艺的限制极大的影响了铝模板的使用寿命。基于以上需求,我们成功的开发出一款新型水性双组分铝模板保护涂料QL-9000建筑离子膜。它安全环保,施工简单,保膜性能好,目前该产品已商品化。

In order to improve the numbers of usage of aluminum template in constructure and achieve high-quality wall,the surface of aluminum template could be coated by solvent borne thermoplastic coating or thermosetting powder coating,but the weak anti-alkali property and tough workability limit their application.In this study,a novel 2 packaging water borne paint,named QL-9000 has been developed.It is environmental friendly and with low cost but high template protection property,widely applied in construction.
