增塑发泡聚氨酯复合材料吸声性能及阻尼性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为降低噪声污染等环境问题,本文通过热压发泡法制备了一系列的增塑发泡聚氨酯复合材料。研究发现,增塑发泡聚氨酯复合材料的内部产生了闭孔、开孔等泡孔结构;增塑剂提高了增塑发泡聚氨酯复合材料的阻尼性能,损耗因子最高为1.08。声波能量在增塑发泡聚氨酯复合材料的孔洞中通过不断的反射被部分消耗掉;同时增塑聚氨酯复合材料阻尼性能提高,内耗增加,共同作用提高了增塑发泡聚氨酯复合材料的吸声性能。 In order to reduce noise pollution,a series of plasticized foamed polyurethane composites were prepared by hot pressing foaming method.It has been found that there are closed cells and open cells in the interior of plasticized foamed polyurethane composites.The plasticizer improved the damping performance of the plasticized foamed polyurethane composite.The maximum loss tanget was up to 1.08.The acoustic energy is partially consumed by the continuous reflection in the pores of the plasticized foamed polyurethane composite.At the same time,the damping property and the internal friction of the plasticized polyurethane composite increased.The synergistic effect improves the sound absorption performance of the plasticized foamed polyurethane composite.
