摘要
纳米复合电介质材料在储能、通讯、电气和高密度电子封装等领域都有重要的应用。当聚合物中引入纳米粒子并与其结合后,聚合物的形态和结构都会发生巨大的变化,因此具有极高的应用价值。本文综述了纳米复合电介质的结构特性、研究进展及简要总结了几种纳米复合电介质的制备方法。
Nanocomposite dielectric materials have important applications in energy storage,communication,electrical and high density electronic packaging and other fields.When nanoparticles are introduced into polymers and combined with them,the morphology and structure of polymers will change dramatically,so they have very high application value.In this paper,the structural characteristics,research progress and preparation methods of nanocomposite dielectrics are summarized.
