摘要
本文通过丁苯橡胶(SBR)与聚乳酸(PLA)熔融共混制备了具有可降解性的SBR/PLA共混橡胶,采用X射线衍射(XRD)与扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对水解前后的SBR/PLA共混橡胶晶体结构与微观形貌进行了表征;研究了SBR与PLA共混比例对SBR/PLA共混橡胶硫化特性、力学性能和降解性能的影响。结果表明:PLA颗粒能较为均匀地分散在SBR基体中,碱性条件下SBR/PLA共混橡胶具有一定的可降解特性。PLA的加入能提高SBR/PLA共混橡胶的降解度,当PLA含量为30 g时,SBR/PLA共混橡胶的力学性能较好,降解程度可达到17.16%。
In this paper,degradable SBR/PLA blends were prepared by melt blending of SBR and PLA.The crystal structure and microstructure of SBR/PLA blends before and after hydrolysis were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The effects of the mixing ratio of SBR and PLA on the vulcanization properties,mechanical properties and degradation properties of SBR/PLA blends were studied.The results showed that the PLA particles were dispersed evenly in SBR matrix,and the SBR/PLA blend rubber had certain degradable properties under alkaline conditions.The addition of PLA can improve the degradation degree of SBR/PLA blend rubber.When the content of PLA is 30 g,the mechanical properties of SBR/PLA blend rubber are better,and the degradation degree can reach 17.16%.
