沪宁高速公路扩建工程乳化沥青冷再生试验研究

Test Research on Emulsive Asphalt Cold Recycling of Huning Expressway Expanding Engineering

为妥善利用沪宁高速公路扩建工程大量的沥青铣刨料,进行了乳化沥青冷再生混合料的配合比设计、室内性能试验研究,在室内研究的基础上,进行了实体工程的试验段试验研究。研究表明,乳化沥青冷再生混合料的性能完全能达到高速公路柔性路面下基层的要求,且工艺较为成熟,可大规模使用。

In order to utilize the old bituminous mixture appropriately,formula design,performance test and testing road of the emulsive asphalt cold recycling are studied.The result indicates that performance of the emulsive asphalt cold recycling mixture is satisfied with the requirements of the flexible base of expressway pavement,and that the construction techniques are mature and can be widely used.
