就地冷再生技术在农村公路改造中的应用

Application of Cold in-place Recycling Technology in Reconstruction and Rehabilitation of Rural Road

就地冷再生技术具有工序简单、成本低、生产效率高、保护资源等诸多优点,在农村公路改造中的推广应用具有广阔前景。而就地冷再生技术在江苏省农村公路改造中的应用尚属首次,目前也无明确的配合比设计方法及施工控制指标的检验标准,本文结合其在徐州丰县首王路的应用,对就地冷再生技术进行了详尽的介绍,得出了合理的配合比设计方法、施工工艺及施工控制检验标准,并对该技术的应用成本进行了分析,为就地冷再生技术在农村公路的推广应用提供有益参考。

The technology of cold in-place recycling can be applied widely on reconstruction and rehabilitation for rural road due to its adventage of simple working procedure,low cost,high productive efficiency and resource protection.The technology has not been used in rural road reconstruction and rehabilitation in Jiangsu province,the mixture design method and construction control index for this technology are not prescribed.In this paper,based on the application in Shouwang road in Fengxian country of Xuzhou city,mixture design,construction technology and construction control are detailedly researched.Cost analysis is also included.It is useful for generalization and application of this technology used in rural road.
