Qrganization Structure of Highway Construction Agent System

依托南京绕越高速公路东南段项目,在分析了实施代建制模式下公路建设项目组织结构重要性的基础上,研究了代建制模式下代建项目、委托单位以及代建单位的组织结构,并对其特点进行了探讨,供其他公路建设项目实施代建制模式下建立组织结构参考。

This article analysed the importance of the organization structure construction agency of highway construction based on Nanjing Rayue expressway construction(southeast section),studied the organization structure of agent construction project,commissioned units and construction agency. This paper also analysed the characteristics of these organization structure,the research could provide reference for other projects.
