摘要
振动成型压实参数、关键筛孔通过率和水泥剂量等因素对抗裂水泥稳定碎石基层的性能具有重要的影响,文章综合分析了4.75 mm集料通过率、水泥剂量、集料类型、强度对水稳碎石性能的影响,并通过室内试验进行了水稳碎石抗干缩、温缩性能的分析,并根据确定的抗裂水稳碎石级配,进行了实际工程应用,实践证明,相比一般水稳而言,裂缝产生的频率大大减小,取得了较好的效果。
Vibration molding compaction parameters,the key sieve through rate,the cement dosage and so on have important effects on the properties of resistance-cracks cement stabilized aggregate base,this paper made a comprehensive analysis about the effect of 4.75mm aggregate passing rate,the cement dosage,type of aggregate and strength on the properties of resistance-cracks cement stabilized aggregate,and made an analysis on the anti-shrinkage of cement stabilized crushed stone and thermal shrinkage by laboratory tests,practical engineering applications have been made according to the identified gradation of crack water stability. Practice proved that compared to the ordinary crack water stability,frequency of appearing cracks reduced greatly,good results have been achieved.
