摘要
针对钢筋混凝土结构的耐久性问题,研制开发了一种混凝土专用的有机硅混凝土防护液,并对其应用性进行了试验研究。结果表明,采用该防护液对混凝土进行防护处理,固化后混凝土内部形成厚密实、憎水的混凝土结构,能够使混凝土的碳化速度降低约80%,氯离子渗透降低约85%,可以有效提高钢筋混凝土的耐久性。
According to the durability problem in reinforced concrete structure,this paper develops silicone protective liquid for concrete and the performances are researched. The results show that the concrete structures treated with silicone protective liquid become compact and hydrophobic,which lead to carbonization rate decreased by 80%,infiltration rate of chloride permeability speed is reduced by 85%,and durability of reinforced concrete is improved.
