摘要
建立和发展特大桥智能管养信息系统,是现代桥梁管养技术发展的大势所趋,是对桥梁的健康状况、运营条件和维护管理进行科学、有效评估的基础。文章借助于网络数据库技术、传感器技术、多媒体技术等现代信息技术。集地理信息GIS系统,结构健康监测HMS系统、桥形全球定位GPS系统、人工智能决策、专家知识于一体,通过对江阴大桥主桥、引桥、路面、养护文档等的有效管理和上部结构健康状况的实时监测,初步构建并实现了江阴大桥养护管理的信息化与智能化。
The establishment of bridge intelligent management system is the development trend of the modern bridge technologies,and it is the basis of the health status of the bridge,operating conditions and maintenance evaluation.In this paper,the modem information technologies such as the network database technology,sensor technology,multimedia technology and other information processing technology are used and the geographic information system(GIS),structural health monitoring system(HMS).global positioning system(GPS).artificial intelligence decision-making system are presented.Through the real-time monitoring system of the bridge and the effective management of the main bridge,approach bridge,road,maintenance documents,the information and intelligence system is implemented.
