由国外项目管理模式入手,详细介绍了国外项目管理发展的几个阶段,并阐述了国内"代建制"运行模式。在比较了国外项目管理模式与国内代建制后,借鉴国外项目管理经验的成熟做法,在基于目前国内交通建设实际情况的基础上,提出我国代建制的建议模式及改进的关键问题。

By starting with foreign project management mode,this paper introduces the several stages of foreign project management development in detail,and expounds the operation mode of domestic 'agent- construction '.After comparing foreign project management mode with domestic agent- construction mode,draws lessons from foreign mature practice of project management exper-ience. On the basis of the actual situation of domestic traffic construction,puts forward the proposal mode of domestic agent- construction and the key issues for improvement.
