摘要
本文介绍了ZPL—350变长线齿轮减速器在稳定负荷下进行承载能力试验的过程及结果。证明了变长线齿轮减速器比同参数的渐开线齿轮减速器在接触强度、承载能力、噪音和耐磨性等方面具有较大的优越性.作者在文中还对这种齿轮的损坏规律进行了分析,将有助于这种齿轮的进一步改进。
This article describes the process and results of the bearing capacity test of the speed reducer of ZPL-350 trochoidal gears under fixed load. The results show the speed reducer of trochoidal gears is much superior to that of involute gears of the same parameter in contact strength and bearing capacity as well as in wearing capacity and noise decrement. In the article, the authors also analyse how this kind of gear gets damaged. This conduces very much to the improvement of the gears.
