雷公藤治疗频发复发性口疮的临床观察

Effects of Tripterygium Glycosides on Frequently Recurrent Oral Ulcer

目的 观察雷公藤治疗频发复发性口疮 (ROU)的临床疗效。方法 选择每月发作 1次ROU的病人 6 0例 ,分为两组进行对照观察。结果 雷公藤治疗组比对照组取得更好疗效 ,其显效率在 6 3 3% (P <0 0 1) ,有效率在 93 3% (P <0 0 5 )。结论 雷公藤有调节机体免疫功能及T细胞CD+ 3 、CD+ 4 、CD+ 8的平衡功能 。

Objective To observe the effects of Tripterygium glycosides on regulating immune functions and treating frequently recurrent oral ulcer(ROU).Methods 60 cases with ROU were divided into Tripterygium glycosides group and control group,and the efficacy was evaluated according to Aphthous ulcer therapeutic scale.Results The show rate and effective rate were 63 3% and 93 3%, respectively in Tripterygium glycosides group,which were higher than those in control group.Conclusion Our data indicated that Tripterygium glycosides could regulate disordered immune functions and recover the balance of CD + 3 CD + 4 and CD + 8. Meanwhile, it accelerated the healing of ROU and prolonged the period of ulcer recurrence.
