古籍修复技艺传承中隐性知识优化管理问题研究

The Research about Management of Implicit Knowledge in Heritage of Repairing Skill of Ancient Books

隐性知识是智力资本,它对企业或组织的管理与创新绩效具有明显的促进作用。古籍修复技艺传承中含有大量的隐性知识,对古籍修复技艺中的隐性知识展开有效挖掘、积极转化、科学管理,是推动古籍修复事业传承与发展、保持行业创新与活力的重要保证。本文首先阐释了隐性知识及有效管理古籍修复技艺中隐性知识的重要意义,然后分析了影响古籍修复技艺中隐性知识传播的主要因素,最后就如何优化管理古籍修复技艺中的隐性知识提出了对策建议。

The tacit knowledge is intellectual capital. It has obvious promoting effect on management and innovation performance of the enterprise or organization. The inheritance in the repairing skill of ancient books contains a lot of implicit knowledge. If we try to do positive transformation,scientific management and effective mining of the implicit knowledge,it is the important guarantee of promoting the heritage,development,the vitality of the industry innovation. This paper first explaines the implicit knowledge and the importance of the effective management of implicit knowledge in repairing skill of ancient books,and then analyzes the main factors that will influence the spread of the implicit knowledge,finally some measures and suggestions on how to optimize the management of tacit knowledge in repairing technique of ancient books are proposed.
