数字馆藏政策涵盖数字资源采访原则与方式、经费分配、资源管理、馆藏开发、馆藏保存、馆藏评价、合作馆藏及共建共享等内容,政策体系决定了图书馆数字资源建设和管理的科学性与规范性。从数字资源采访、数字资源管理以及数字合作馆藏三个方面分析美国埃默里大学图书馆的具体举措,以期为国内高校开展相关工作提供有益借鉴。

The policy of digital collection development covers the principles and methods of acquisition of digital resources,allocation of funds,resource management,collection development,collection preservation,collection evaluation,cooperative collection and co-construction and sharing.The policy system determines the scientificity and standardization of the construction and management of digital resources in libraries.This paper analyses the specific measures of Emory University Library from three aspects:digital resource acquisition,digital resource management and digital cooperative collection,with a view to providing useful reference for domestic universities to carry out relevant work.
