沈阳市公共停车场选址及实施策略研究

随着城市化和机动化的快速推进,沈阳市城市规模不断扩张,随之而来的交通拥堵和停车难也越来越成为城市发展面临的重大现实难题之一。针对沈阳市的停车问题,从停车供给结构、区域差别化停车政策、停车市场化和公交优先等方面提出未来停车发展对策,进行了近期公共停车场选址分析,提出了多元化、易操作的选址方案。为保障方案落实,制定了近期停车改善实施策略。
