摘要
将排队模型应用到西安地铁2号线纬一街站出站闸机。对纬一街站出站闸机进行了现场调查,先对乘客的到达、操作及离开时刻进行统计,再以10s为一个单位进行统计,分析出站闸机系统符合的排队模型,并计算各项指标。根据计算结果对纬一街站出站闸机的服务水平进行评价,并提出提高服务水平的方法。
This paper adopt the queuing model in the analysis of LOS evaluation of Weiyijie station fare gate. The author investigated the passenger's arrival, operation and departure time and set 10 seconds as a statistical sample to figure out the indexes of the fare gate's queuing model. Evaluate the level of service of the station's fare gate according to the consequence and put forward the methods for improving the LOS.
