规范化疼痛管理在急诊创伤外科中的实施与成效

Implementation and effect of standardized pain management in emergency trauma surgery

目的探讨规范化疼痛管理在急诊创伤外科中的应用效果。方法选取2016年8月至2017年8月急诊创伤外科患者86例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规管理,观察组采取规范化疼痛管理,比较两组患者疼痛缓解度和护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组患者疼痛缓解率、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论规范化疼痛管理在急诊创伤外科中取得了满意的效果,可降低患者疼痛程度,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized pain management in emergency trauma surgery.Methods Totally 86 patients in emergency trauma surgery in our hospital were selected from Aug. 2016 to Aug. 2017, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. Routine management was adopted in the control group, and standardized pain management was adopted in the observation group. Degree of pain relief and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention, the rate of pain relief and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized pain management has achieved satisfactory results in emergency trauma surgery, which can reduce patients’ pain and improve nursing satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
