苍南县2014—2017年5岁以下儿童死亡情况分析

Investigation and analysis of the death of children under 5 years old in Cangnan County from 2014 to 2017

目的了解苍南县2014—2017年5岁以下儿童的死亡情况。方法回顾性选取2014—2017年苍南县64 788例5岁以下儿童的临床资料,调查儿童的死亡情况。结果本次调查中5岁以下儿童死亡244例、死亡率为0.38%。2014—2017年5岁以下儿童死亡率逐年下降,由0.37%下降至0.35%。2014—2017年5岁以下死亡儿童卫生服务不利用率逐年下降,家中死亡率由32.26%下降至13.11%,未治疗率由22.58%下降至6.56%。2014—2017年5岁以下儿童死因顺位不同,2014—2015年以先天性心脏病、溺水、意外窒息为主,2016—2017年以先天性心脏病、早产、其他先天异常、意外窒息为主。结论苍南县2014—2017年5岁以下儿童的死亡率、卫生服务不利用率呈逐年下降的趋势,出生窒息、肺炎是5岁以下儿童的主要死因。

Objective To discuss the investigation and analysis of the death of children under 5 years old in Cangnan County from 2014 to 2017.Methods Clinical data of 64 788 children under 5 years old in our County from 2014 to 2017 were retrospectively selected to investigate the mortality of children.Results In this survey, 244 children under 5 years old died and the mortality rate was 0.38%. From 2014 to 2017, the mortality rate of children under 5 decreased year by year, from 0.37% to 0.35%. From 2014 to 2017, the rate of no use of health services for children under 5 years of age decreased year by year. Home mortality dropped from 32.26% to 13.11%, and the untreated rate dropped from 22.58% to 6.56%. From 2014 to 2017, the death causes of children under 5 years old were different. Congenital heart disease, drowning, accidental asphyxia were the main causes from 2014 to 2015, and congenital heart disease, premature labor, other congenital anomalies, accidental asphyxia were the main causes from 2016 to 2017.Conclusion The mortality rate and rate of no use of health services of children under 5 years old in Cangnan County decreased year by year from 2014 to 2017. Birth asphyxia and pneumonia are the leading causes of death among children under 5 years old.
