摘要
慢性肾功能衰竭病机复杂,病变涉及全身各脏腑,临床表现多种多样,可根据不同的临床症状,予以不同的治疗。而经方对于治疗慢性肾衰有许多值得借鉴之处,从汗、下、消、和、温、补法等方面进行初步探讨。
The pathogenesis of renal failure (RF) is complicated and involves various viscera. Its clinical manifestations are multiples and treated accordingly. The classic prescriptions for the treatment of RF are valuable for reference. The therapeutic principles of diaphoresis, purgation, diuresis, detumesceuce, reconciliation, warming and tonification were discussed.
