中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变45例

Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy by TCM Combined with Western Medicine: A Report of 45 Cases

目的:观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:45例均应用中药益气养阴、化瘀通络之方,配合川芎嗪、酚妥拉明、654-2静脉滴注。结果:上述药物联合应用,可明显改善DPN患者的症状、体征及肌电图神经传导速度。结论:中西医结合治疗DPN,疗效肯定。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of TCM combined with western medicine (WM) for diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods: 45 cases of DPN were treated by TCM prescription for qi benefiting, yin nourishing, blood - stasis removing and collateral dredging, associated with phantolamine, and 654 - 2 for intravenous drip. Results: The combination of above medicines can markedly improve the DPN symptoms and signs and the nervous conduction velocity in electromyogram. Conclusion: The combination of TCM and WM possesses definite curative effect for DPN.
