急性胸部创伤的外科治疗

Surgical Treatment of Acute Thoracic Trauma

目的 通过 189例急性胸外伤的治疗 ,探讨如何提高急救成功率。方法 根据急性胸部外伤的类型采用不同的治疗方法。结果 治愈 186例 ,死亡 3例 ,其中 MSOF死亡 1例、 ARDS死亡 1例 ,合并严重颅脑外伤死亡1例。结论 胸部创伤救治关键是恢复和维持心肺功能 ,防治 ARDS和 MSOF的发生。

Objective Through surgical treatment of 189 cases of acute thoracic trauma,to discuss how to increase the successive rate of emergent service.Method Different treatment was given according to the type of trauma.Result 186 cases were cured.3 cases died,1 died of MSOF,1 of ARDS and of serious cranial trauma.Conclusion To recover and maintain cardiopulmonary function is the key point of the treatment of thoracic trauma.Surgeons must be cautious of potential complicated cranial,skeletal trauma and abdominal visceral injury.
