微波治疗50例牙髓和根尖周病的疗效分析

Analysis of clinical effect with microwave radiation on the diseases of dental pulp and periapex.

目的 分析用微波治疗牙髓和根尖周病的临床疗效。方法 对各种牙髓和根尖周病的患者 ,用微波消毒处理各感染根管 ,按常规一次性或分次完成根管治疗术。结果 5 0例患者经 1～ 6月随访观察 ,4 7例取得满意疗效 ,1例治疗后发生间隙感染 ,1例发生牙冠折裂 ,1例拔除患牙。结论 微波消毒根管效果肯定可靠 ,用微波治疗牙髓和根尖周病操作简便 ,安全 ,省时省力 ,减少了患者就诊次数 ,缩短了疗程 。

Objective In order to analyze the treating effect with microwave radiation on the diseases of dental pulp and periapex.Methods After each root canal of infection was sterilized by microwave radiation,the root canal treatment were carried out to the various cases of the pulpitis and apicitis according to routine.Results Satisfied effective results were observed in 47 patient,infection of tooth space was found in 1,crown fracture was found in 1 and tooth extraction was found in 1 after treatment.Conclusion The effect treating diseases of dental pulp and periapex with microwave radiation is reliable.The method is simple and feasible.
