摘要 解释了气体摆式倾角传感器的敏感机理。采用有限元方法,利用ANSYS-FLOTRAN CFD软件,通过建模、划分网格、加载和求解等途径,计算了在不同倾斜状态下二维密闭腔中两点热源引起的对流场。计算结果表明:在水平状态时,两热源处的气流速度相等,两热电阻丝上的电流相等,电桥电路输出为零;在倾斜状态下时,两热源处的气流速度之差随着倾斜角度而变化,引起两热电阻丝上电流之差也随之变化,电桥输出一个对应于倾斜角度的电压。有限元计算方法为气体摆式倾角传感器的优化设计,开辟了一条有效的研究途径。 The sensitive mechanism of the gas pendulum tilt sensor was analyzed by finite element method. The stream field caused by two heat sources, when the two-dimensional enclosure inclining, has been obtained by a series of procedure, such as model building, meshing, loads applying and equation solving. In the process, ANSYS-FLOTRAN CFD program is employed. In horizontal status, the velocity of gas flow is equal at the two heat sources; therefore the current of both hot wires are also equal and the output of the bridge circuit is zero. In tilting status, the velocity difference of gas flow at the two sources will change with the tilt angle; therefore lead to changing of the current difference of both hot wires, the bridge outputs a voltage signal corresponding to the tilt angle. This calculation method provides a new approach to optimization of gas pendulum tilt sensors.
