微波治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎498例观察

Observation of hypertrophic pharyngitis treated with microwave in 498 cases

目的 :提高慢性肥厚性咽炎的治疗效果。方法 :用SK 970 2型微波治疗机治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎 498例 ,表面麻醉下用辐射电极在咽后壁淋巴滤泡及咽侧淋巴束直接热凝 ,输出功率为 3 3～ 3 6W。结果 :随访 1个月以上者 193例 ,显效 14 7例 ,好转 2 9例 ,总有效率为 91 2 %。结论 :微波治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎好处是 ( 1)可选择性消灭咽部病灶 ,( 2 )能调节咽部病理性神经反射 ,( 3 )有利于心理调节 ,( 4 )能较好地保护咽部生理功能 ,( 5 )有可能增强患者的免疫功能。

Objective To enhance the therapeutic effect of hypertrophic pharyngitis.Methods SK 9702 microwave was applied to treat 498 cases of hypertrophic pharyngitis.Under superficial anesthesia,radiant electrode was used to heat solidify lymphoid follicles on posterior wass of pharynx and lateral pharyngeal bands directly with the output power of 33～36W.Results Among the 193 patients who were followed up for over one month,147 patients had obvious effect,and 29 patients got better.The general effective rate was 91.2%.Conclusions The advantages of microwave to treat hypertrophic pharyngitis lie in:①It can selectively wipe out pharynx diseases.②It can adjust pathological nervous reflection of pharynx.③It benefits psychological adjustunent.④It can protect pharynx physiological function better.⑤It may enhance the immunity function of patients.
