本文分析了南京零售业目前所处的外部竞争环境和本身存在的诸多问题,并从营销战略的高度规划零售商业总体发展思路,以期改善和提高管理水平,从而从根本上提高企业的竞争能力。
This article analyzes the external competitive environments and existed problems that Nanjing retailing industry faces, and plans the global development strategy of retailing industry in marketing strategy perspective, and aims to enhance the competitive abilities.
