儿童遗尿症尿动力学分析(附30例报告)

Urodynamic analysis of children enuresis (Report of 30 cases)

目的 :研究儿童遗尿症患者的尿动力学改变。方法 :对 30例儿童遗尿症患者行尿流率、剩余尿、充盈期膀胱测压、压力 流率、尿道压测定和肌电图检查。结果 :尿流率偏低者 2例 ,功能性膀胱容量减少者 6例 ,有剩余尿者 3例 ,膀胱顺应性异常者 5例 ,不稳定膀胱者 9例 ,不稳定尿道者 2例 ,协调性紊乱者 6例。结论 :尿动力学改变是儿童遗尿症患者临床表现之一 。

Purpose:To study the urodynamic abnormalities and classification in enuresis of children.Methods:Urodynamic researches were carried out in 30 children patients with enuresis including uroflow ratio, residual urine, bladder pressure during filling, pressure flow study during voiding, urethral pressure and electromyogram.Results:Decreased uroflow ratio was noted in 2 patients, decreased functional bladder capacity in 6, residual urine in 3, abnormal bladder compliance in 5,bladder instability in 9, decreased urethral pressure in 1,urethral pressure instability in 2 and disorded harmony in 6.Conclusions:The abnormal urodynamic findings might be one of pathogeny of children enuresis.Urodynamic research and classification could play important role in the selection of treatment plan for children enuresis.
