摘要
目的 :研究龟板的水提工艺。方法 :采用正交设计法 ,以煎出率及含氮量为考察指标 ,对影响龟板提取工艺的因素进行了优选。结果 :实验设计四因素中粉碎度、提取次数、提取时间对提取效果有显著影响。结论 :龟板提取的最佳工艺为A2 B3C2 D2 ,即粉碎度为 2 0~ 4 0目 ,加 8倍量水 ,提取 3次 ,每次 2h。
Objective:To study the water extraction techniques of Chinemys reevesill (Gray).Methods:The water decocting techniques were optimized by orthogonal designed methods with the dried water decocting rates and the contents of nitrogen in the extract.Results:The smash degree,decocting time and extracting times significantly effected the extracting efficiency.Conclusion:The optimal decocting conditions of Chinemys reevesii were:smashing into 20~40 meshes powder,adding 8 times amount of water and refluxing for three time and each time for two hours.
