摘要 钢丝退火过程中,常用气氛来保护。这些保护气氛虽然有其各自的特性,但对一些系统来说它们具有共同的特点,如有毒、易燃并有脱碳和炭黑沉积倾向。本文介绍了这些特性,并提供了一些建议,使某些特殊产品在特殊气氛中退火可以达到最佳效果。同时描述了炭黑的形成过程,并提出了消除炭黑的几点建议:怎样使用可替换的气氛系统或使用某些改进措施来消除炭黑的形成。 Many atmosphere systems have been applied to the protection of steel wire during annealing.Each has its unique characteristics,but some features are common to several systems,such as,toxicity,flammability and the tendency to decarburise and deposit soot.The paper describes those characteristics and suggests which might give the best results in particular furnaces with particular products.The processes by which soot is formed are described and recommendations are made on how to eliminate its formation either by using an alternative atmosphere system,by minimising soot formation using improved practices,or by removing the soot after it has formed.
