摘要 研究了金刚石工具头超声波复合加工方法的可行性及加工参数与材料去除率的关系,在研究超声加工、超声复合加工和金刚石工具的基础上,借助SEM分析其典型塑性材料和脆性材料的加工形貌,初步讨论了该方法去除材料的机理。 This paper has discussed the feasibility of ultrasonic rotational machi ning and studied the relation between working parameters and the material removal rate.Afte r in -vestigation of the ultrasonic machining,ultrasonic rotational process and the diamond tools,the way of machining for some typical ductil e and brittle materials is analysed by means of SEM,and the mechanism of material removal is preliminary discussed.
