摘要
带隔板大直径常压容器通常用于盛装两种物料 ,当一侧装满物料、另一侧全空情况下 ,隔板变形比较大 ,如果筒体壁厚和隔板厚度较薄时 ,可能影响该类容器的正常工作。本文通过一个典型的实例 ,用有限元分析与现场实验相结合的方法进行结构分析与实验研究。
In general, a low-pressure large-diameter vessel with compartment plates was filled with two different kinds of liquid material. But in the condition that one side of the vessel was filled with liquid material and the other side of it was completely empty, and the thickness of the cylinder and the compartment plates was thin, one compartment plate's deformation was very large, which will result in the natural use of the vessel. In order to know about the deformation of it, a representative example was studied by spot experiments and structure analysis that was conducted by finite element analysis. The result was suggested to do something to make the structure rigid. And the FEA result of the suggested strengthen project was obviously effective.
