摘要 对微槽式微型换热器和烧结网丝多孔式微型换热器的传热与流动性能进行了实验研究 ,并对几种微型换热器的综合性能进行了评价。结果表明 :根据单位体积传热系数的大小 ,几种微型换热器的传热性能从好到差依次为 :烧结颗粒多孔式微型换热器、浅槽微型换热器、深宽比为 3∶1的深槽微型换热器、烧结网丝多孔式微型换热器、深宽比为 6∶1的深槽微型换热器。但烧结颗粒及烧结网丝多孔式微型换热器的压力损失比较大 ;从传热和阻力损失两个方面综合评价 。 Fluid flow and forced convection heat transfer in micro heat exchangers with either micro channels or sintered metallic mesh have been investigated experimentally and the estimation of the overall performance has been conducted. The results indicated that the heat transfer performance of the sintered porous media micro heat exchanger is best, the heat transfer performance followed by the shallow channel micro heat exchanger, then the deep channel micro heat exchanger with ratio 3∶1 of deepness to width of the channel, the sintered metal mesh heat exchanger, and the deep channel micro heat exchanger with ratio 6∶1 of deepness to width of the channel. But the pressure drop of the heat exchangers using sintered metallic particles and sintered metal mesh are much larger. Considering both of the heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of these heat exchangers, the deep micro channel design offers a better overall performance than other alternatives.
