Failure Analysis of Hot Water Heating up Furnace for Pipe Laying in Oil Field

通过对加热炉流管失效部位的宏观和金相检查分析 ,充分证明该部分炉管的失效是由于在严重超温下工作所引起的 。

It has been demonstrated sufficiently that the failure of the convection pipe in the heating up furnace was caused by serious over temperature working condition, through the macroscopic and metallographic analysis to the failure position of the pipe. The possible reason to cause the convection pipe over temperature and the measure to solve the furnace pipe over temperature was suggested.
