摘要
针对汽柴油加氢精制装置反应进出料换热器Ω型密封环结构在开工时发生的连多硫酸应力腐蚀开裂 ,重点对密封环外观、化学分析、金相、断口及受力进行失效分析 ,并从开工措施。
Aimed to H 2S xO 4 SCC of Ω-type sealed ring of a heat exchanger in the oil hydrogenation unit, this paper analyzed the failure in respect of the chemical components, metallography and macro structures, and the stress analysis. It also described the structure of such kind of sealed ring,The selection of austenitic material and the proper running process to prevent the H 2S xO 4 SCC was analyised.
