摘要 应用高频红外碳硫仪 ,建立了钼铁合金中碳硫测定方法 ,对选择适当的测定条件如助熔剂 ,分析时间等进行了探讨 ,最佳测定条件 :最大工作电流为 40 0mA ;载气流速为 3L/min ;载气 (氧气 )纯度为 99 99% ;陶瓷坩埚需经 110 0℃灼烧 2h后 ,可使空白降至最小 ;C元素最短分析时间为 3 0s,比较水平为 1 0 0 ;S元素最短分析时为 40s ,比较水平为 5 0 0。 A rapid method for the determination of carbon and sulfur in ferromolybdenum by using high frequency-infrared absorption was presented,the analytical conditions have been discussed,such as flux,analytical time.The conditions of measurement were as follows: work current was 400mA; flow capacity of carrying gas was 3L/min; purity of oxygen was 99.99%;analytical period was 30s for carbon and 40s for sulfur.The results obtained were satisfactory.
