摘要
在高铬合金的基础上加入一定量的镍,得到奥氏体和铁素体双相组织,其晶粒大大细化,使组织得以明显改善。由于奥氏体的隔离作用,裂纹的扩展得到有效抑制,其热疲劳性能得到大幅提高。
A austenite+ferrite double-phase alloy was obtained by adding some amount of Ni into the hi-Cr alloy(containing more than20%of Cr).The grain size of the alloy became much finer,and the structure was obviously improved.Due to the isolating effect of the austenite the expanding of the crack would be hindered efficiently,so the thermal fatigue property of the alloy was largely increased.
