摘要 对钒钛铬钼无限冷硬球墨铸铁轧辊的生产技术进行了研究,设计了轧辊的化学成分和生产工艺,提高轧辊自给率,降低轧辊消耗及充分利用资源优势,扩大了钒钛生铁的应用范围。 The production technique of the infinitely chilled V-Ti-Cr-Mo-alloyed nodular iron rolls was studied,the composition and production process of the rolls was designed.As a result,the pro-portion of self-provided rolls was increased,the consumption of rolls was reduced,and the material re-source superiority was fully utilized due to the application range of the V-Ti pig iron having been ex-panded.
