摘要
系统地研究了不同强度超导磁场(0~10T)对水玻璃粘度及水玻璃砂粘结强度的影响。研究结果表明磁化处理可提高水玻璃的粘结强度,使之最大可达50%;同时降低水玻璃砂的高温残留强度,改善水玻璃砂的溃散性。首次提出使水玻璃砂磁化改性的最佳磁场强度在0.9T左右,而不是0.5T;同时发现即使在强磁场条件下(2~10T),磁场效应和磁场强度仍然存在多极值关系。
The influence of the superconducting magnetic field with different intensities(0~10T)on the viscosity of sodium silicate and bonding strength of sodium silicate sand was invesigated.The re-sult indicated that the magnetizing treatment of sodium silicate could be used to increase the bonding strength of sodium silicate sand with the maximum increment up to50%,decrease its resdual strength at high temperature,and improve its collapsibility.It was for the first time proposed that the optimum intensity of the magnetic field to magnetize and modify the sodium silicate sand is not0.5T,but 0.9T.At the same time ,it was found that there is still muliti-extremum relation between the ef-fect of magnetic field and intensity of magnetic field even under the condition of high intensity (2~10T)magnetic field.
