摘要
叙述化学成分、孕育工艺、铁液温度及浇注系统等因素对薄壁球铁铸件缩孔和缩松形成的影响。对引起缩孔、缩松形成的部分原因进行了分析,并提出相应的防止措施,包括:确保补缩通道畅通,充分的孕育,较高的浇注温度。
The influence of chemical composition,inoculation process,temperature of molten iron and pouring system on the formation of shrinkage cavity and porosity was described.Some reasons causing shrinkage defect was analyzed,and the corresponding measures to prevent shrinkage was proposed includ-ing ensuring feeding channel unbloked,sufficient inoculation and relatively high pouring temperature.
