摘要
采用滑移线场理论研究了低匹配接头的承载能力问题,通过ADINA有限元程序计算,找出了不同强度比和不同焊缝宽度下接头的边界条件和沿焊缝宽度方向切应力的分布规律,描绘了极限状态下接头的滑移线场,进而推导出了低匹配接头的极限载荷公式,并通过试验加以验证。
In this paper, the load-bearing ability of undermatching welded joints has been studied using slip line field theory. The boundary conditions (distribution of shear stress on the fusion line) for different strength ratios and weld sizes in width and the distributive regularity of shear stress across the weld width have been found using the FEM program ADINA. The slip line fields of limit condition of welded joints have been drawn and the limit load formulae of joints have been conducted. Tensile experiments have been carried out under plane strain condition in order to prove the application feasibility and precision of the limit load.
