逆变式电弧喷涂/气保护焊机的研制

Development of inverter type of arc-spraying and gas shielded welding machine

设计了一种新型电弧喷涂机。该机不仅可进行电弧喷涂,而且,还可进行熔化极气保护焊,是一种多功能设备。介绍了该机的组成和工作原理。试验结果表明:所研制的设备完全可满足电弧喷涂和熔化极气保护焊的使用要求,且喷涂或焊接过程稳定,工艺参数调节灵活,整机体积小,重量轻,移动方便,综合性能好。

A multi-functional arc-sprayer type of inverter type of power source is designed in this paper. The power source has many uses. It not only can be used in arc-spraying, but also in gas shielded welding. The configuration and controlling principle of the power source are introduced. It is shown by test results that it meets the requirements of arc-spraying and gas shielded welding technology. The arc-spraying or gas shielded welding processes are stable. More over, the power source is of quick regulation of arc-spraying and welding parameters, small volume, lighter weight, convenient moving, high arc-spraying quality, good properties.
