摘要
Teaching quality assessment is a significant content in teaching management of universities and colleges.There are some aspects should be improved in teaching quality assessment that performed by students mainly.Firstly,the assessment content should be much more integrity and couldn’t be localized to teachers’ level assessment.Secondly,deviation and errors may be produced due to the characteristics difference of courses.And thirdly,the validity and reliability of the assessing data couldn’t be assured.In order to overcome these drawbacks,this paper proposes a new assessment system and introduces a series of methods to guarantee the validity and reliabilty of data for assessment.
