摘要
企业利用信息和知识资源创造价值的能力和程度是有限度的。企业达到临界状态的信息强度被称为"信息强度阈",它实际上衡量的是企业学习和适应环境的最大限度。正是系统的静态柔性决定了企业的信息强度阈,而静态柔性是运营模式的一种内在属性。企业要想获得超过信息强度阈的信息强度,就必须变革运营模式,克服现有模式的局限性。
The enterprise would meet limit in the process of improving the degree or the capability of its making use of information and knowledge resources. The 'Information Intensity' at the limit is defined as 'the Threshold of Information Intensity', which, in fact, would measure the upper limit of the degree or capability of the enterprises learning and adapting to the environment. It is the 'static flexibility', the inherent attribute of the operation pattern of the enterprise, that decides the threshold of information intensity of the enterprise. In order to reach the information intensity over the threshold for the enterprise, it must change its operation pattern to overcome the inherent restriction from the current operation pattern.
