跨国公司作为全球化的驱动器既给发展中国家的政治、经济与社会稳定带来正面影响 ,甚至成为社会稳定的一种标志 ,但又不可避免地产生一些负面效应。中国要在开放中坚持双赢的策略并加大风险意识 。

As the driver of the whole globalization,The transnational corporations have already brought not only positive influence to the politics, economy and society of developing countries,and to some extent they even become one kind mark of social stability,but also some unavoidable negative effects.The social stable angle is followed in this text,which has inquired into the influence to the developing country especially China should hold tactics of both winning in the opening and enlarge risk consciousness;at the same time advocate the transnational corporations undertake the bigger social duty;
