新刑事诉讼法颁布之后 ,对扰乱法庭秩序序罪的管辖作了新解释 ,但还存在不少问题。只有通过更明确的司法解释 。

The issue,the New Criminal Procedure Law makes a new explanation of the jurisdiction over the guilt of disturbing court order.But there still exists some prolbems.In order to remove the defects,more explicit judicial explanations will be needed.
