近二十年英汉词语对比研究述略

A summary of the contrastive lexical studies of English and Chinese

本文通过回顾二十年来英汉词语在语法、语义、语用三个层面上的研究成果 ,指出研究上的不足及有待解决的问题 :加强词语在语用层面上的对比研究 ;加强创新意识 ,避免研究的静止性 ;加强解释性研究 。

This paper looks into the contrastive lexical studies of English and Chinese in the last 20 years.The studies cover the lexical studies in grammar,in semantics and pragmatics.The author concludes the paper in the following suggestions:(1)Pragmatic study should be strengthened;(2)We should bring forth new ideas in the study;(3)We should strengthen interpretative study.
