动态光电自准直仪是JC-1型精密测角仪中的关键部件。测角时作自准直仪,测玻璃折射率时作谱线接收光管用。本仪器既能动态自动对准,又能静态目视对准。经鉴定:动态光电自准直仪的动态重复定位精度σ=0.022″。本文将介绍动态光电自准直仪的工作原理、特点和精度分析。
Dynamic self-collimator is a key component in JC-1 precision gonio-meter. It is used as self-collimator in testing Langle and as spectral receivingtube in testing refractivity of glass. The instrument can be aligned dynamicallyand can be aligned by vision statically. It has been demonstrated that its dynamicrepetitive positioning accuracy σ=0.022″. The principle, features and accuracyanalysis of the dynamic self-collimator are presented in the paper.
