摘要
本文介绍了一个光电系统,它利用汽车外轮廓来测量汽车在检测线上的方位。用6个CCD器件来确定汽车的轮廓位置,用IBM PC/XT微型机完成数据采集和处理,以CCD的固有分辨率确定汽车的轮廓位置,最后计算出汽车实际轮廓中心线相对理想中心线的偏转角。
A photoelectric system is introduced in the paper. The system testesthe position of automobile on inspecting line by employing automobile contours.Six charge coupled devices are used to locate automobile contours. Data sampl-ing and processing are realized by IBM PC/XT microcomputer. The contourposition of automobile is determined by CCD inherent resolution. The deflectionangle between practical central line and relative ideal central line can be calcu-lated out in the end.
